A root canal is a dental procedure used to treat infection at the center of a tooth. During the procedure, the nerve and pulp are removed, and the inside of the tooth is cleaned, disinfected, filled, and sealed. Contrary to popular belief, modern root canal treatments are virtually painless and can be completed in one or two visits.

Call our office directly for emergency appointments. We reserve time slots each day specifically for urgent cases, whether you're experiencing severe tooth pain, a knocked-out tooth, or any other dental emergency, contact us immediately and we will do our best to see you the same day.

For most patients, we recommend professional dental cleanings every six months. However, the frequency may vary based on your individual oral health needs. Patients with gum disease or a higher risk of cavities may benefit from more frequent cleanings.

We recommend using a soft-bristled toothbrush (manual or electric), fluoride toothpaste, dental floss or interdental brushes, and an antimicrobial mouthwash. During your visit, our dental team will provide personalized recommendations based on your specific oral health needs.
